Julie Atkins is a Research Associate at the Cutler Institute for Child and Family Policy. Ms. Atkins' primary focus is on the accessibility and coordination of early care and education and early intervention services for low income special populations, including parents of children with special needs, children in the child welfare system, and English language learners. Ms. Atkins received her M.A. in American and New England Studies from the University of Southern Maine.
