Krista M. Meinersmann, PhD, RN, Director of the School of Nursing, has been appointed to the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) Substantive Change Advisory Group (SCAG), effective August 1, 2014.
Bradley Boehringer, a 2005 graduate of the USM Accelerated BS in Nursing program, has been awarded a Fulbright U.S. Student Program grant to Finland in Medicine Sciences, the United States Department of State and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board announced recently.
USM Bone Marrow Drive
On Thursday April 24th from 830-430 the Student Nurse Organization, the brothers of Delta Chi, and the sisters of Kappa Iota held a bone marrow drive on the Portland and Gorham campuses with the organization deletebloodcancer.org
