Mary has been a practicing occupational therapist for over twenty three years and has extensive experience in a variety of fields. She worked with individuals with spinal cord and brain injury at New England Rehab for a decade before finding her way to pediatrics, her passion. Most recently, Mary owned her own pediatric private practice, as well as worked for the Center for Autism and Developmental Disorders. Her specialty is working with individuals with autism. Mary teaches the pediatric practice course as well as courses covering research/evidence-based practice, health & wellness, and neuroscience.
When not teaching Mary enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, being a member of a roller derby team, and being outside.
