The USM Pioneers Program is empowering a new generation of scientists, information technology specialists, engineers, and mathematicians. Pioneers engage in advanced curriculum and highly innovative programming to maximize education growth.

By graduation, Pioneer scholars will have completed high-impact, experiential learning opportunities designed to deepen their knowledge in STEM and to prepare them for careers after graduation.

Pioneers Application Deadlines

Students wishing to become a USM Pioneer must submit a supplemental Pioneers application by March 20, 2015. Interviews for the Program will take place in the John Mitchell Center on the Gorham campus.
