President's House Events Request Form

Please use this form to request use of the President’s House for a function involving the President. Be sure to also submit a Presidential Event Request Form.

Submission of this form is not a confirmation that the location is available.

For your information, the ideal number of guests for a standing reception at the President’s House is 50, and the maximum is 75. The maximum number of guests for a sit down dinner is 12.

When you have received confirmation of use of the President’s House, please be aware that pre-approval of ITMS/Aramark and/or Facilities Management arrangements by the President’s Office is mandatory. All arrangements must include contact information for President’s Office staff Moira Wolohan (mwolohan@usm.maine.edu).
