USM Veterans Resource Center helping WJAB's Military Marathon

American Flag

With Memorial Day approaching, USM’s Veterans Resource Center is proud to help WJAB Sports Radio, “The Big Jab” at 96.3 FM and 1440 AM, honor our veterans.

U.S. Marine Corps veteran and USM musical theater student Caleb Lacy of Durham, along with Carolyn Cutting of the USM Veterans Resource Center, herself an U.S. Air Force veteran, will be on air from 8-9 p.m., this Thursday, May 24, to talk about USM’s support services and educational benefits available for veterans and eligible family members.

Their appearance is part of WJAB’s 24-hour, live marathon to salute and support Maine troops.  The Big Jab Military Marathon begins at 10 a.m. this Thursday. According to WJAB, “We will be having lots of special guests in studio and talking about a lot of great programs, and how we can help out on the home front.”
