Purchasing Card Program
The UMS Purchasing Card (PCard) program is designed to improve efficiency in processing purchases of low dollar value and for business travel. The use of the PCard does not change or obviate the procedures or documentation required by other applicable APL's. The PCard is not meant to pay for vendor invoices when a PO should have been obtained prior to the purchase.
