Eat Your Art Out is a peer support group focused on using arts and crafts and creative expression to improve mental health, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. Conversation is intended to center around wellness and self-care, including a focus on healthy eating patterns. All are welcome, regardless of art experience level. We will have art supplies and craft ideas here for you, but feel free to bring your own coloring book, knitting, or other craft, and join us for some friendly conversation, stress reduction, and a fun break from your day.
