COA Participation is not limited to arts based majors but is open to all students at USM.  Participants are welcome to sign up for housing in Robie-Andrews Hall where our program is housed, however, residence is not required to participate.  COA strives to bring together students with an interest in the arts and allow them to express their creativity, explore the world of arts, meet USM faculty and staff, and form life long friendships.
