If you have an interest in the fine and performing arts then COA is the program for you. Throughout the year, COA participants will take part in trips to concerts, museums and performances in the greater Portland area. Enjoy access to seminars on oil painting, jewelry making, instrument making, dance, film appreciation, etc. Attend on campus plays, recitals and openings as well as regular community dinners, socials and coffee houses. COA offers an opportunity for students from all of USM's majors to explore their creativity while making friendships that will last a lifetime. If you are currently living on campus this year and are interested in becoming a part of COA please contact Jason Saucier at JSaucier@usm.maine.edu. You are also welcome to attend any of our upcoming events. If you would like to live on the COA floor you should consider becoming involved now. You can earn extra priority points for Living Learning & Special Interest Housing Selection by attending COA events and putting on seminars, contact Jason to find out more.
