with alternating male and female double rooms, and is home
to approximately 110 students. A community kitchen is available

Dickey Wood Hall
This
coed residence hall, commonly known as "The Towers", is located
near the Costello Sports Complex and the baseball and softball
fields. The hall, which houses approximately 300 students,
features two eight-story towers that are joined on the ground
level by a common lounge and reception area. Rooms are arranged
in 4 room quads (two double rooms and two single rooms), with
4 quads per floor, for a total of sixteen rooms per floor.
Each single gender quad shares a bathroom, for a total of
4 bathrooms per floor.
Two of the sixteen floors are Special Interest Housing
floors, where students and staff work together to develop
goals and activities for the year around the floor theme.
These goals and member responsibilities will be articulated
in the floor's lifestyle agreement. Please contact the
