STUDENTS ENTERING NURSING, SCIENCE AND
ENGINEERING (SENSE) - 3RD ANDERSON
Are you about to start a major in the sciences?
Are you looking to make the most of your first year at USM?
The SENSE Living Learning Community is the best place to start!
SENSE recognizes the challenges facing first year students entering science related programs, and is designed to provide a community to promote success. Students in this program have access to tutors and study groups on the floor as well as the support of a strong peer network. SENSE participants not only focus on academic achievement, but also join in social activities designed to enhance their overall college experience. Dr. Carl Blue, faculty in residence, holds office hours in the hall and teaches a 1-credit seminar course for SENSE participants, which is required as part of living in this community.
