Profile

Glenn Kastrinos has taught Recreational Therapy for twenty nine years at five universities including Temple University, University of Idaho, Eastern Institute of Technology in Napier New Zealand and Western Carolina University. He brings a wealth of experience from his years of working as a recreational therapist at various psychiatric centers and rehabilitation organizations. He has written several articles and chapters on Recreational therapy integration with Cognitive therapy and leading effective groups in Inpatient units. Glenn currently lives in Idaho where he coaches soccer, skis and hikes the beautiful mountains there. He also plays a variety of traditional music from Celtic and Scandinavian lands on wooden flute, tin whistles and finger style guitar.
