Profile

Patricia has been teaching all forms of Fitness for over 25 years. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and holds several certifications and has extensive experience in competition, coaching and teaching at the University.

She is the Founder of “Fit to Live” Senior fitness Program, which received the Special Population Governors Fitness Award. Patty has earned  the American Council on Exercise Gold Certification and is RESIST-A-BALL C.O.R.E certificed

 Patty works with others as a “Team in Training” Coach for Marathon, Cycling and Triathlons.  She is a competitive power lifter and has earned two titles.

Patty is a running coach for Beach to Beacon 10K, has completed over 50  triathlons, and is a Legacy Runner.
