Prior to coming to USM, Dr. Munger held teaching positions at The Ohio State University and Clarkson University, where she received a number of awards for teaching excellence. She was also awarded the USM School of Business Faculty Senate Teaching Award in 1998. Prior to entering academics, she worked as a consulting associate for Management Horizons and later as a research associate and strategic planner for F&R Lazarus, where she gained invaluable experience in retail consulting. She has published a number of articles in publications such as Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, Journal of Product & Brand Management, and Women & Language. Dr. Munger has conducted a number of presentations to a variety of professional organizations. She has also developed executive training programs in marketing, retailing, and effective marketing communications and service quality.
