Scholarships

** The 2012 School of Business application deadline has passed.  Please check back next year for 2013 scholarship application materials.

USM’s School of Business is proud to be able to offer its students access to scholarship money targeted specifically to majors in the school.  Through the ongoing generosity of local individuals, engaged alumni, and committed business owners and corporations, students are awarded tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships each and every year.

Deadlines

• February 10, 2012 – deadline to submit completed application packets (recommendations come from faculty and professionals directly, so they need not be included in application packets)
• March 15, 2012 (estimated) – scholarship committee meets and selects scholarship winners, as well as performance-based, non-monetary awards
• Late April (exact date TBD) – School of Business “Recognition Day” ceremony, where scholarship winners are presented their awards, and new inductees to Beta Gamma Sigma (a co-educational honors fraternity for students attending AACSB-accredited schools of business) are initiated
