USM President's LAC Scholarship

Description

The President's Lewiston-Auburn College Scholarship was established at the University of Southern Maine in 2010 with contributions from members of the Lewiston-Auburn College Community Advisory Board in support of the "Creating Maine's Future- Every Student, Every Day Campaign for Scholarships." The funds shall be used for scholarship support for a student nominated by their high school principal, intending to enroll at USM's Lewiston-Auburn College with demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to Androscoggin County residents. Selection shall be made by the Office of Admissions.

The funds shall be used for scholarship support for a student nominated by their high school principal, intending to enroll at USM's Lewiston-Auburn College (this includes majors in leadership and organizational studies, natural and applied science and social and behavioral science) with demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to Androscoggin County residents. Selection shall be made by the Office of Admissions.
