The School of Education and Human Development will host "Undergraduate Teacher Certification Declaration Day" on Wednesday, February 12. Faculty and staff from the School of Education will be available on these days from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. to assist students with their Teacher Certification application in Tk20. This will be a drop-in format where students can get onto Tk20, create an applicant account, and fill out their Teacher Certification Declaration Application, and ask questions about Praxis Scores, Essay, Recommendation Forms - Academic & Disposition, Fingerprinting & Criminal History Background Check.

Undergraduate students who wish to add or continue in a undergraduate pathway must complete a Teacher Certification Declaration Application in Tk20 and upload related materials via a web-based management system called Tk20. The faculty will review this information and conduct a GPA check (3.0) to determine if the student is officially accepted into a Teacher Certification Pathway.

The first step is for students to complete their Teacher Certification Declaration Application in Tk20. Instructions about how to do this here: "How To Submit your Teacher Certification Declaration Application in Tk20". Undergraduate students who are in or would like to be in an undergraduate pathway listed below and who have not completed their Teacher Certification Declaration Application should attend one of these sessions.
