We encourage you to read the information listed on this site regarding the Student Accounts Office and the services we provide. We are responsible for the billing and collecting of fees for tuition, housing, meal plans, health insurance and most other applicable fees.

News & Events

No payment action is necessary if a student's anticipated financial aid award is sufficient to pay the fall balance in full. Financial aid funds will begin to post to student's accounts during the last week of August. Any fall charges not covered by financial aid or a third party agency must be included in an installment plan or paid in full by the due date.

Payment/Refund Information

Payment for any Summer 2014 charge incurred after April 15th must be received no later than ten (10) business days after the charge is incurred.

Fall 2014 charges will be accessible online in early July.  Billing statements will be mailed in mid-July.  Be sure your MaineStreet address is current.

The due date for Fall 2014 payment is August 15, 2014.

Refunds for eligible fall students will begin to disburse via Direct Deposit or US Mail on September 2, 2014.  Visit to learn how to enroll in direct deposit.
