We encourage you to read the information listed on this site regarding the Student Accounts Office and the services we provide. We are responsible for the billing and collecting of fees for tuition, housing, meal plans, health insurance and most other applicable fees.

News & Events

No payment action is necessary if a student's anticipated financial aid award is sufficient to pay the spring balance in full. Financial aid funds will begin to post to student's accounts during the first week of January. Any spring charges not covered by financial aid or a third party agency must be included in an installment plan or paid in full by the due date

Payment/Refund Information

The due date for Spring 2015 payment is January 5, 2015.

Payment for all charges posted to a student account after January 5th must be received within ten (10) calendar days from the date charges are incurred.

One paper bill for Spring 2015 charges will be mailed.  Changes to charges and financial aid can be accessed on MaineStreet.

Paper bills are not mailed for Winter Session charges.  Charges can be assessed on Mainestreet.  The due date for Winter Session is ten (10) calender days from the date of registration.

If you are expecting a refund, be sure to enroll in Direct Deposit.
