Linda is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who received her training at the Downeast School of Massage. She built this training on her 16 year foundation as an Occupational Therapist, where she specialized in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. She continues her studies in Craniosacral Therapy with The Upledger Institute. This is an exciting tool she incorporates into her existing practice of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Neuromuscular Massage.

She offers an eclectic approach to the assessment and treatment of each individual. Her knowledge-base and compassion supports this process with an intention to assist in deep healing.

Melinda Irving, Reiki II

Melinda is booking appointments on Mondays at 3pm, Thursdays at 7pm, Friday afternoons after 12pm, Saturday mornings before noon with additional flexible hours offered during the summer months.

Melinda is a level two Reiki practitioner in the Portland Maine area and has been in practice now for two years.

Melinda is a full time college student focusing on philosophy, counseling and holistic healing. She currently possesses an Associate degree in Behavioral Health and her MHRT/C certification. She takes every opportunity to further her studying and exploring of ways of practice so as to better be able to help those who come to her practice.

Melinda's mission is to be a source of support for those in distresses or in need of healing and relaxation. She follows a set of ethical guidelines to ensure safety, confidentially care and respect"
