11 weeks – No league November 26, 2008 Thanksgiving week

This league is open to students, faculty/staff, alumni and gym members.  Submit your completed roster accompanied by full roster fees by Monday, September 22nd, 2008.

League Fee:  $5 student, *faculty/staff, alumni, gym member

*Non member faculty/staff and alumni must show valid state photo ID & $3 day fee must be paid for access each night of play.  Fees must be paid prior to start of league to participate.

DANCE – Latin Line Dancing

Bring:    A sense of humor along with a scarf to tie around your hips & Please wear loose comfortable pants as you will be on floor.

Release stress, promote circulation, and feel great!  Massages are free for students.  Receive a 15-minute massage of the head, neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hands.

Bring: one cushion or small pillow and yoga mat/blanket

Classic Yoga - Make your day with the noontime or late lunch hour  yoga class.  A gentle to moderate class in the traditional (Iyengar) hatha yoga style. Suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students this all-level class will increase flexibility, endurance, focus and concentration while it tones and strengthens.  Regular, restorative, and relaxation poses and guided visualizations are all included.

Ashtanga Level I - Ashtanga yoga is the most challenging form of yoga, so be prepared to sweat and work your muscles. Students should be in good physical condition for this class. While it’s a fantastic workout, it also includes the meditative aspects of classical yoga systems using flowing movement, breathing, and muscle energy to take you to a state of calm and centeredness. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

*Pre-registration is a must.  If you are signing up for this program,
you should be prepared to make a 10 week commitment to one class per week.
