A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. T, 1:00pm - 3:00pm. W, 6:00pm - 7:30pm FREE activity.

WOMEN’S STRENGTH & POWER HOUR
Women’s only circuit training will focus on providing the essentials to increase muscular strength, bone density, core stability balance and mobility. Modifications can be made to meet different fitness levels. T, TH, 1:30pm-2:30pm.
