Professor Lynn teaches Foundations of Public Service and Management; Seminar in Public Organizations & Management; Human Resource Management in the Nonprofit & Public Sectors; Strategic Human Resource Management; Gender, Race, Politics, & Public Policy; and Management Information Systems in the Public, Health & Nonprofit Sector. She has published extensively in scholarly journals including Public Administration Review, the Review of Public Personnel Administration, the American Review of Public Administration, Public Personnel Management, and the Policy Studies Journal. She is the author of several book chapters on public personnel administration and is a member of the Editorial Board for the Review of Public Personnel Administration journal. Dr. Lynn is completing a book focusing on workplace issues and employer/employee rights. She currently serves as a member of the National Council of the American Society for Public Administration.
