J. E. Boone is a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor, and has his Masters Degree in marriage and family therapy. He has been a counselor for the past 29 years and works with a multicultural perspective. J. E. specializes in systemic work with a focus on adolescent development and the prevention of relapse. J.E. gained his passion for counseling and working with diverse cultural while serving in the United States Air Force and living abroad. He is a member of several local boards and organizations whose mission it is to relieve poverty and advocate for marginalized, disenfranchised, and under represented groups. J. E. has been married for 27 years and has two grown sons, a daughter -in law, and a granddaughter  that is less than a year old (pa,pa girl).
