University Health and Counseling Services

Carol Sadler is a Licensed Clinical Professor Counselor and has been at USM for over 10 years.  She has been a clinical counselor for over 15 years.  She comes from a psychodynamic approach as well as a Cognitive Behavioral approach to her work. 

 

She enjoys working on the Gorham campus. Her prior career was in Computer Software Development, so it made a huge change in her life by pursuing her Master’s in Counseling from USM’s Counseling program.  She was also an avid Aerobics Instructor with the Lifeline program at USM.

 

Currently, she is a Licensed Maine Sea Kayak Guide and loves to kayak on the ocean, as well as at her camp on Pleasant Pond in Turner.
