Please join the University of Southern Maine and the Eating Disorders Association of Maine for a free National Eating Disorders Awareness week event. On February 25th from 8-10am, we will be hosting an educational breakfast at the University of Southern Maine. The event will include time for networking and clinical presentation by Kim Dennis MD from Timberline Knolls. Kim is a board-certified psychiatrist, and the medical director of Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center , who specializes in eating disorder treatment, addictions recovery, trauma/PTSD and co-occuring disorders. The topic of her talk is "Co-occurring Disorders: When Eating and Substance Use Disorders Collide". This is going to be a fun event and those attending will receive a certificate of attendance. With room for only 60 clinicians, we would urge you to sign up fast! Please click on this link for more information and to reister: http://www.timberlineknolls.org/email/TIM_BobUSoMaine.html.
