The majority of people at some point in their life experience the winter blues as the seasons change. Some feel this more strongly and consistently than others; you may consider learning about SAD. If you are feeling easily overwhelmed with emotions or not quite yourself, maybe it's a time for a check in. Even just simple measure like getting to bed a little earlier and taking an extra walk in the sunshine can improve your outlook...especially with the often stressful holidays approaching. The key is to not beat yourself up!
