USM Art Department

Works by Students enrolled in ART 232 (Introduction to Ceramics II) taught by Jeff Bell, and the combined class of ART 332 (Intermediate Ceramics) & ART 431 & 432 (Advanced Ceramics 1 & 2) taught by Chris Cooper. Class instruction was a blend of face-to-face and online. Students in these classes explored various materials, methods, and ceramic processes.  All students engaged in glaze and clay formulation and the loading and firing of kilns.
