USM Art Department

Fall 2020 Students at Work

Open Studios has always been the place for USM Art students to share the work that they completed over the course of a semester.  Although Open Studios is typically held in person on the last Friday of classes in the Gorham Art Studios, this December the Campus was closed to both students and visitors due to COVID-19.  So instead, we are mounting our second Virtual Open Studios as a way to share the wonderful work created by our resilient students.

This fall our Art students studied their disciplines in a variety of modalities: some totally online, others blended face to face instruction with online learning.  We invite students, family, friends, and the USM community to view our Virtual Open Studios and celebrate the successful end of the fall 2020 semester despite the difficulties this past year has presented.  Congratulations go out to all of our amazing Art students!
