REGISTRATION & POLICY INFORMATION

Payments - A $130 deposit is required for each camp. The balance is due two weeks prior to the first day of camp. Space is limited and camps are filled on a first come, first serve basis. You will receive a registration confirmation in the mail or by email.
Cancellation/Refund Policy - Campers will receive a refund of all but a $115 administrative handling fee if notice of cancellation is given up to two weeks prior to the start of camp. If a cancellation occurs within the two weeks prior to the start of camp no refund will be given unless there is a documented injury or bereavement.
Other - Camp confirmation, additional information and Medical History/Assumption of Risk Form will be mailed or e-mailed to you 2-3 weeks prior to camp. These forms can also be found on our website. The Medical History/Assumption of Risk Form needs to be returned before the camper can participate in camp. The forms can be handed in at check in, but we prefer the forms be mailed or emailed in ahead of time.
Pick up/ Drop off - Please refer to the camp packet information that will be mailed out or emailed to you 2-3 weeks prior to camp. In general, day camp drop off is 30 minutes prior to the start time of camp, and pick up should be at the time listed for the end of camp but no more than 15 minutes later. If you are going to be late dropping off or pick up your camper please notifiy the camp director or call the Summer Sport Camps office at 207-780-5544.
Roommates - (For overnight camps only) *Roommate requests must be submitted in writing no later than two weeks prior to the first day of camp. After that date, we cannot guarantee that your preference will be honored. Requests cannot be honored at the time of check-in.
Meals - Day Campers must provide their own bag lunch. Overnight & commuter campers see the camp description. If you have food allergies, please inform us prior to check in.
Scholarships/ Gift Certificates - We do not offer scholarships but will accept scholarships and grants offered by outside groups. If you have a scholarship or grant, please enclose verification with your registration. If your scholarship does not covers the full amount of the camp, you still need to send the remaining balance and scholarship verification with your registration. If you are a recipient of a gift certificate please enclose the certificate with your registration form. You will not be able to sign up online.
Discounts - Please follow the instructions in order to be eligible
Families sending two or more children to a camp or sending one child to two or more camps ....
-$10.00 discount per child or per camp.
** To be eligible for the Family Discount you must send in registration forms together or register online together. **
** When registering more than one child or for multiple camps online you must enter the key word "FAMILY" to receive the discount at check-out. If the discount is not added at check-out the discount can not be redeemed after purchase. **
