USM bringing lights to outdoor athletic facilities on Gorham Campus

Each of the University of Southern Maine’s outdoor athletic facilities — Hannaford Field, Ed Flaherty Field and the USM Softball Stadium — will soon have lights. With construction beginning in late May, the Huskies' first official contest under the lights is set for Friday, August 31 at 6:30 p.m. as the men's soccer team hosts regional opponent Westfield State on Hannaford Field.
