ART 241 Student Work Fall 2020
The class ART 241, Introduction to the Visual Book, introduces students to the visual language used in artists’ books. Bookbinding techniques and processes are introduced and practiced, and students learn to work with materials to develop appropriate structures. Traditional and non-traditional formats are explored with an emphasis on the relationship between form and content. This virtual exhibition, originally scheduled for a physical exhibition in Wishcamper, seeks to highlight the wonderful creative spirit of the students enrolled in ART 241 during a pandemic.
