The USM Jazz Combo concert will consist of performances by USM’s instrumental jazz combos and vocal jazz ensemble.
The Osher School of Music Jazz Ensemble, a 21-piece big band under the direction of Aaron Henry will perform their spring concert at Corthell Concert Hall in Gorham on Thursday, April 18 at 7:30 p.m.
Directed by Dan Sonenberg, the Composers Ensemble begins each semester with a different mix of instruments and no music. Throughout the semester, the student composers in the group write and the players rehearse, and the composers edit, and again and again throughout the semester a full concert of original works is developed and finally performed in this concert.
The Osher School of Music is pleased to present Kallie Brown's senior musical theatre voice recital. Kallie is a student of Alexandra Dietrich and will be assisted by Ed Reichert. She is a music performance major with a concentration in musical theatre.

The Osher School of Music presents a double bass studio recital by students of Bronek Suchanek. The program will include solo and ensemble music for the double bass.
The Osher Bella Voce Chorale will celebrate “Songs of Love & Spring” through the presentation of diverse works from Bulgaria, Canada, Japan, and the United States. On the second half of the program, the Osher Chamber Singers will sing a variety of choral works and honor the centennials of both Fauré an Puccini. Fauré’s iconic Requiem in D minor will be performed for the first time accompanied by Corthell Hall’s pipe organ.
