Peer Career Guide Program

Peer Career Guide Program

Peer Career Guides (PCGs) are undergraduate USM students who are trained to guide fellow students in career-related activities. Peer Career Guides support students with resume and cover letter development through 1-on-1 conversations. The goal is to promote student success by offering direct, career-related services and resources. Peer Career Guides support students based on individual needs. Our values include:

  • Leadership
  • Flexibility
  • Diversity
  • Commitment
  • Efficiency
