A select group of experts and practitioners spoke with MPBN's Jennifer Rooks about implementation, challenges, successes and perspectives of Maine's law requiring all public school districts to transition to a proficiency-based high school diploma system and standards-based education approach by the year 2021.
Dr. Stump shared her insights and analysis as lead researcher of MEPRI's on-going 5-year study of Implementation of Proficiency-based Diploma Systems in Maine.
