Physics student to work on forming stars in virtual reality

One of the newest students to come to the Ci2 Concept Research Lab, Alex Knight, is going to use his knowledge as a Physics student to develop an immersive virtual reality experience on how stars are formed.

Having already developed a prototype on his own, he is going to use the resources and support from the Ci2 to create an immersive and educational visualization experience in VR.

Alex is one of many great examples of students coming from a long list of departments and majors at USM to work on a project and research he is passionite about.  You too can join the Ci2 and bring your ideas for research, projects, creative activity and entrepreneurial ventures to the Ci2.
