  • IT Help Desk
    • We offer a wide variety of support: including general troubleshooting and help with system-wide applications, email, and user account setup and access.

  • IT Media Services
    • In over 30 rooms across all three campuses, we have installed new web conferencing technology. ITMS is offering training in these new rooms. Please reach out to us through email or phone and we’d be happy to schedule a time with you.
  • Desktop Services
    • The Desktop Support team helps to troubleshoot technical issues that cannot be resolved by the first line of defense, the Help Desk. We resolve hardware and software issues for staff and faculty while also maintaining the community’s computer labs across three campuses and help physically deploy computers, printers, monitors and peripherals to labs and offices. Additionally, we work behind the scenes to ensure that our clients have a stable, efficient computing environment.
  • Campus Card & Cellular Services 
    • Campus Card Services produces and manages the USM CARD, which serves as the official University of Southern Maine identification card and also provides an array of services, access management, and purchasing privileges
