Spring 2020 Fitness Classes
One fee gives you access to all USM Costello Fitness Center classes.
Classes start Week of February 3rd and ends the week of April 27th.
$20 - Students $40 - Faculty/Staff/Members $75 - General Public
Bootcamp (Mondays & Thursdays> 5pm)
A one-hour full body workout that incorporates exercises that will improve agility, speed, power, and strength. Classes will combine muscle conditioning exercises with plyometric or cardio drills to create a fun and challenging workout for you and your friends.
Yoga (Tuesdays > 11am)
Dabble in Expressive Yoga, Flow, Yin Yoga and a hint of Toning & Sculpting. These classes will focus on discovering and exploring the inner strength of the mind, body and spirit while working toward creating balance in daily life. Class level varies each week and is open to all ability levels.
