Get Help!

Whether you teach a face-to-face, online, or blended course, you can set up a consultation with one of our Learning Designers, who will help you adapt courses to Blackboard, learn new digital teaching skills, or design ways to assess student performance.

Contact us at (207) 780-5072 or ctelhelp@maine.edu to ask questions or make an appointment.

Our friends at Computing Services operate a Help Desk that can assist you with technology-related issues you’re experiencing with MaineStreet, Blackboard, Google Suite, Kaltura, and Zoom.

You can reach USM’s Help Desk at (207) 780-4029 or usm-helpdesk@maine.edu.

Your students may have a learning, physical or psychological disability. Contact the Disability Services Center to learn how to acommodate all of your students' accessibility needs.

The University of Maine System uses Mainestreet as its employee and student management platform. Once you're in Mainestreet, click on the Faculty Center where you can find your course rosters. MaineStreet is also where you post your students' final grades at the end of the semester. Read this guide to learn how to post your students' grades to MaineStreet.

See the USM Libraries section of the website for complete access to Library materials, E-Reserves, Open Education Resources, etc.

Contact the USM Bookstore to designate textbooks and other materials to your courses.
