Elora brings to the Data Innovation Project multifaceted experience working within and supporting nonprofit organizations and their boards, from Maine to New Mexico. She is both empathic toward the challenges they face and motivated to explore realistic ways to use data to improve their capacity and outcomes. Elora has experience in program design and implementation, community organizing, and strategic planning, with particular skill in applied research situated in a social justice framework.
