Emilie currently works with the Data Innovation Project. Her background is in social work and community health and has worked on a variety of projects in the community, school, clinic, urban farm, and home settings, focused on mental health, diabetes prevention with children and families, English language learning with immigrant populations, and leadership development. Emilie likes to ride her bike around town and dreams that a genie will grant her one wish to be able to speak and understand every language in the world.
Areas of Expertise
Emilie supports the Data Innovation Project to develop and implement evaluations, provide trainings on meaningful use and presentation of data, and offer data and continuous improvement technical support to organizations and programs working with the Project. She is particularly interested in how organizations can best use and present data, while also encouraging reflection on experience and local knowledge.
Emilie has an MSW from Boston University and a BA in Political Science from Bates College.
