Fleur works with a variety of state and federally funded public health programs to provide increased epidemiology, evaluation, and analytic capacity. Prior to joining the Cutler Institute and transitioning to a full-time career in public health, Fleur worked as a mental health clinician for over a decade. She received her MSW from Boston College in 2006 and her MPH from the University of Southern Maine in 2015.
Areas of Expertise
Fleur's areas of expertise include maternal and child health, HIV and sexually transmitted diseases, mental health, and program evaluation.
