Jamar Croom is a Senior Database Administrator/Web Applications Developer with the Cutler Institute at the University of Southern Maine. Jamar has particular expertise in the implementation, measurement and evaluation of public health interventions. His skills are diverse -- ranging from project leadership to computer and statistical programming, evaluation, database administration and development, and statistical analysis.
Jamar has a BS and MS from the University of Maine Orono as well as a BS from the University of Maine Augusta in Computer Information Systems.
