Jillian Foley, MPPM is a research professional with over a decade of experience in justice policy, international education, and market research. She has expertise in survey research, evaluation methods, focus group facilitation, data visualization, and justice and social policy. As a member of the Place Matters team, Jillian works on a variety of research and program evaluation projects and develops strategies to improve the outcomes of justice-involved populations, focusing on women and youth. She is trained in intercultural communication and is an expert in innovative program design and data-driven solutions. Jillian has a passion for helping nonprofits better utilize data to make decisions and develop long-term sustainable solutions. She is passionate about social justice and using research to make informed policy changes to help the most vulnerable populations in our communities thrive.
