John Gale, Senior Research Associate at the Cutler Institute, was elected to the position of President-Elect of the National Rural Health Association (NRHA). John assumed that role at the Annual Policy Institute on February 10, 2020 and will become President of the organization in February 2021.
NRHA is a national nonprofit membership organization with more than 21,000 members representing a diverse collection of individuals and organizations, all of whom share the common bond of an interest in rural health. NRHA's mission is to provide leadership on rural health issues through advocacy, communications, education and research.
John has been a member of NRHA for over 20 years and currently serves on the Board of Trustees and as the Chair of the organization’s Policy Congress. John is excited about this position given his history with the organization and the opportunity to promote the rural health issues he holds dear.
