Julia conducts qualitative and quantitative data analysis, tool development, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Justice Policy Program area. Julia leverages her passion for project management and organizational processes to help partners and collaborators make strategic and informed decisions. She has been with the Cutler Institute since 2013 and previously served as the Training and Technical Assistance Manager of the VAWA MEI team. Before that, Julia worked in the area of child welfare, providing program evaluation for Youth and Community Engagement initiatives.

Julia spends her time outside of work inventing new dishes in the kitchen and going on Maine adventures with her partner and their Great Pyrenees-Retriever.
