Justice Policy assists agencies and programs in measuring and monitoring ongoing quality improvements in their practices and services, showing staff how to enhance their services while adhering to evidence-based principles. We develop customer satisfaction surveys, peer review tools, outcome measures, evidence-based program assessments, and program evaluation processes as part of a larger Continuous Quality Improvement framework. In addition, we have many years of experience training staff how to design and implement their own evaluation plans.
