Lee Lingelbach works at Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network. Her position entails providing onsite consultation to early care and education programs throughout Maine. Since 2013, the primary focus of her work has been to support programs working towards national accreditation. This includes developing online training, convening cohorts of child care directors that promote peer to peer learning, and supporting practitioners to earn the Maine's Director Credential. In the spring of 2017 her work will focus primarily on providing consultation, training, and resources to ECE programs enabling them to move up Maine's QRIS (a rating system for early care and education settings) Quality for ME.
Lee has been in the early care and education field since the early 1980's as a teacher, program director, trainer, and consultant. If she's not on the road visiting programs, or in her office, you will most likely find Lee outdoors - riding one of her horses, throwing a frisbee for her Boxers, or digging in the gardens at her home in Hope.
