Nicholas Curlew uses his analytical talents to design, develop, and deploy custom web applications that interact with Relational Database Management Systems as well as other external systems. He enjoys learning new systems and methods to improve future applications.
He has been with the Cutler Institute since 2007 and has worked in several capacities over the years, mainly in the areas of early childhood education and child welfare. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, given years of customer service experience, he found himself pushed more toward technology. He learned the ins and outs of database web application development on the job while completing a degree in computer science. A curious person, Nick enjoys learning and sharing with colleagues and others to increase his knowledge of technological systems as well as data storage and analysis.
Nick spends his time hibernating in the winter and getting outside as much as possible in the summer.
